Note: All jumpers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Click HERE to complete online. If a jumper is over 18, they must present their photo I.D with date of birth.

Yes, all jumpers are required to wear Sky High Sports grip socks. They can be purchased from the front desk for $3 upon check-in and are reusable each time you visit.
Check out our hours and directions page for our hours of operation, office hours, holiday hours, address and more. We also list when we’ll be closed for a private event so you can check back to make sure we’re open for free jump.

To book a birthday party, corporate event, or fundraiser event at Sky High, our office hours are 9:30 a.m.-7 p.m. 7 days a week!
If you’re coming from Santa Clara, take Monroe St and make a right onto San Tomas Expy. From San Tomas Expy, make a left onto Walsh Ave, another left onto Bowers Ave, and finally make a right onto Mead Ave where you’ll see Sky High Sports on the left!

If you’re coming from downtown San Jose, take CA-87 N and take exit 9B to merge onto US-101 N toward San Francisco. Take the San Tomas Expy, make a right onto Walsh Ave, turn left onto Bowers Ave, and finally make a right onto Mead Ave where you’ll see Sky High Sports on the left!

If you’re coming from the San Miguel Sunnyville area, take the Lawrence Expy and make a left onto Kifer Road. Make a left onto Bowers Road, a right onto Mead Ave, and Sky High Sports will be on your left.

Jump time is generally $17/hour per person. We have loads of weekly specials for almost every day of the week. We also host events for all ages, interests, and holidays, ranging from family night to special needs night. Coming to accompany a jumper but don’t feel like jumping? No problem!

You don’t need to pay for jump time unless you are jumping. Simply watching is free. Enjoy our free WiFi while you wait and grab a bite at the Sky Cafe.
Children must be old enough to walk on their own. We also have a Kids Court, which is exclusive to the littlest jumpers, 6 years and under.
You’re welcome to simply walk in to jump! Just remember, first come first served, so during peak hours, you may have to wait, so it’s best to book online.

To avoid lines and waiting, we suggest that you make a reservation in advance and book online, especially on weekends, holidays, and during school breaks. Reservations can only be made online. Groups and birthday party reservations are taken over the phone – our office is open 9:30 a.m.-7 p.m. 7 days a week to help plan an amazing birthday party, corporate or group event, or even fundraisers!
Groups require a minimum of 10 jumpers. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required. In order to get your money’s worth, be sure you have at least 10 jumpers for one hour. All group balances must be made together, in one payment. Group jump rates for a basic group, private group, or buying out the entire facility can be found on our Corporate and Group Events page. Give us a call to discuss options for your group event.
Group discounts are available to non-profit organizations such as the Boy Scouts, Schools, Churches, etc. A non-profit tax id number is required at the time of check-in for your event.

The discounted, non-profit group rate is $8 per hour per person Monday-Thursday excluding holidays and other special days.

A $100 deposit is required at booking.

Birthday party packages are customized to the birthday guest’s wishes, so packages range depending on the date, number of jumpers, add-ons and party extras (* - Prices may vary). We also offer the option to book a Sky High party online now! Click here to reserve a party package today.
No, our facility is always open to the public, so groups will still be jumping amongst others. If you’re looking for something more exclusive, we do offer a Private Court. When available, the Private Court’s rental rate is $150 for up to 20 jumpers for the 1st hour, with the option to add a private conference room for $100/hr.

We also offer a “Buy Out” option. This package allows you to privately use the entire facility for a private group.

No. Everyone who wants to play forms a line and our court monitor divides the teams. If you want to have a private game or tournament, we do have a private court for rent. (See above.)
You bet! Microsoft, Google, and Southwest Air are just a few of the companies who’ve rented our entire facility for events. For more information, please call for more details on pricing, available dates, and help planning your event at 408-496-5867
No, you cannot bring in outside food or drink into the facility. We do make exceptions for special diets or circumstance. Additional fees will apply. Please phone for details at 408-496-5867.

If you want to fuel up while jumping, you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a beverage at our Sky Café. The Sky Café snack bar offers pizzas, lite bites, Dippin’ Dots, and more.
If you’ve completed their waiver online for a previous jump session, they’re in our system, but only for that location. If you’re planning to jump at a different Sky High location (we have many locations across America), you’ll need another waiver specific to that location. If you’re unsure, it’s best to complete another waiver online, in advance. Better safe than sorry.

Note: As of March 6th, 2019, all jumpers will need to complete a new waiver due to an ownership change and updated waivers!

Shoes and socks, or going barefoot are not allowed on our courts. You MUST purchase a pair of washable, re-usable grippy jump socks for $3 at the front desk. To maximize your fun, wear comfortable clothing that stretches well, too!
Yes, we do. Every Tuesday*, Sky High Sports in Santa Clara turns off the music, dims the lights, and dials down the distractions for the comfort of our guests.

In fact, the Sky High Sports founder and the father of a special needs son, Jerry Raymond, has witnessed how jumping can help improve motor and sensory skills, social interaction and overall fitness for kids and young adults on the Autism spectrum as well as young people with Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy and other disorders.
With mostly everything you need provided you only really need to bring yourself! Outside food and beverages are typically not permitted, but there may be some exceptions for dietary restrictions or other reasons. Please contact us to discuss beforehand.

Although we do not allow outside food to be brought into our facility, Sky High parties are welcome to bring a special birthday cake/dessert and fruit/veggie platter.
Members of any branch of the US Military, active or retired, and their dependents receive a $2 off discount per hour of jump time, any day of the week, including holidays! (Customer must show their current military ID to receive discount)
*Weekly specials are available for walk-ins only. May not be available during holiday or school breaks. Please check our online calendar.
Yes. You can purchase gift cards in-store only. For every $50 gift card purchased – receive a FREE 1-hour Jump Pass ($17 value).
